Young People's Clubs and Courses

Most courses require a minimum of four participants.

Thunder Club
This term Thunder Club will be re-creating some classic scenes from drama and comedy. From Shakespeare to Monty Python, or bring your own suggestions.
Cost: £32 for 10 weeks or £4 / session.
Term time only.  Ages: 10 to 16 years old.		 Course Starts:
Tues 13th Jan - Tues 24th Mar from 4pm until 5:30pm
Excluding half term.
 
Join Thunder Club in a fantastic show this term. Plenty of roles for dramatic actors and budding comedy stars. Anyone aged 10-16 is welcome to learn and improve physical performance skills in a fun and creative atmosphere. No previous experience is necessary.

February Half Term - Digital Photography and Photoshop Workshop
Cost: £35
Ages: 14 to 17yr olds		 Workshop Time:
Mon 27th Oct - 2pm until 4pm
 

This one day workshop will take you through some of the most powerful and creative techniques in Photoshop. Bring your own digital camera and a few of your favourite photographs on CD or memory pen and prepare to be dazzled! Each student will have the opportunity to conceive and create a significant project throughout the day and learn some useful skills to take away with them.

Super Heroes Comic Strip
Cost: £21.00
Ages: 8 to 13 year olds.		 Workshop Time:
Wed 18th Feb - 10:30am until 1:30pm
 
Using simple techniques you can create and star in your own comic strip. Take crazy photographs. Add effects and graphics. Bring any props or costumes you might want to use and take home your own full colour comic strip.

Explore fun, simple techniques like photographs to create unique black and white pictures to take home.

Introduction to Black and White Darkroom
Cost: £21.00
Ages: 14 to 17 year olds.		 Workshop Time:
Tues 17th Feb - 2pm until 5pm
 
Write and shoot and star in your own scary Hallowe'en film. Bring props or costumes you might want to use and take home your own film on DVD. No previous experience necessary. Write, act and film your movie, and then edit and add special spooky effects!

Film Making Workshop

Ages: 11 to 16 year olds.		 Workshop Time:
Thurs 19th and Fri 20th Feb - 10:30am until 4:30pm
 
Write, shoot and star in your own film, and learn simple editing techniques to put your final film onto DVD. Bring props or costumes you might want to use. No previous experience necessary.
